My WHY?

I love what I do and as a Loan Specialist,  I get to integrate all my past experiences, talents, gifts, tenacity, and passion in what I do. Purchasing and investing is no easy task, I coach and guide you to make this process as smooth as possible. My Intentions for you are… to make wise, prudent decisions, and to create wealth for you, for many years to come.

Why do I do, what I do? Why am I great at it? Because I cannot fail… and because of MY WHY !  I’m a Single Mama of Triplet girls! The benefits and dedication as a single mother, coupled with my NO QUIT POLICY  transfers to you and brings HUGE wins, and  your happiness is a bonus for me…If  I can make a difference in someone’s life each day, I have lived a full life.

When I’m asked, “what kind of loans do I specialize in?” I answer, “Everyone I touch!

Why me as opposed to a lender or a virtual application taker?

I Analyze and Pre-underwrite your file, and that means a Pre-approval NOT a Pre-qualification! I collect all the foreseeable underwriter conditions, prior to escrow – for NO FAIL ESCROWS!

I oversee every phase of your loan. Unlike the virtual application takers online, and bank loan officers-having banker hours with hourly wages. They pass off your application/loan to other employees-thereby never having full control or being vested in you. Believe me once you’re funded.. you will be breaking bread at my table!

I also have many options they do not have. As an independent mortgage broker,  I broker loans to over a 100 lenders for the best possible rate and product that suits your qualifications, and needs. This means I do the legwork for you, only pulling your credit once.

Getting any loan to funding is no easy task. Creatively structuring a deal, and being responsible for orchestrating many moving parts, like the Buyer/Seller Agents and their Transaction coordinators, Escrow, Title, and the lender underwriters involved in just one loan, can be very stressful, But the Rewards are Great when I see you through to funding! And I do whatever it takes to see that happen…Clients call me a Pit bull, and Loan Shark, because once I sink my teeth in, I do not let go and I don’t ever stop swimming!
